Sabma, Feb. 20 -- SPPND Government Degree College, Samba celebrated International Mother Language Day with great enthusiasm under the guidance of Principal Prof. Dr. Nirlape Kour.
The programme was organized by the Department of Political Science, headed by HoD Ritika, in collaboration with the Department of Dogri under the leadership of Dr. Joginder Singh.
The event began with a welcome address by Assistant Professor Ritika, who highlighted the importance of preserving and promoting mother languages.
