JAMMU, Sept. 24 -- Under the Swachhata Hi Seva - 2026 campaign, an intensive cleanliness and awareness drive was organized today, on 24 September, 2026, at all major railway stations of Jammu Division.
As part of the campaign, passengers and stall vendors were sensitized about the complete ban on Single-Use Plastic. Informative pamphlets were also distributed to motivate passengers to use eco-friendly alternatives and an appeal was made to maintain cleanliness.
Under Swachhata Pakhwada, various programs related to cleanliness, waste management, No-Plastic campaign and passenger awareness were organized at major stations of the division.
