JAMMU, July 4 -- The Inner Wheel Club Jammu Tawi, District 307, celebrated Doctors' Day by felicitating senior doctors of MediCity Hospital, Channi Bypass, here today.
The event, held at 2:30 pm at MediCity Jammu, was organized to recognize doctors as true life-savers of the community. Club President Jaswant Kour, who also served as Project Director, led the programme along with Club Secretary Suresh Bala.
On the occasion, Senior Doctor Dr. Arun Dhotra delivered a lecture on cancer awareness. He urged the members to come forward and spread awareness among underprivileged girls and women so that the disease can be detected and treated at an early stage.
