RAJOURI, Oct. 27 -- The Indian Army organised a 'Chai Pe Charcha' interaction with Sarpanches and Panches of nearby villages at Tain, District Rajouri, on 26 October 2026, to strengthen civil-military relations, promote mutual understanding and foster cooperation with local communities.
The initiative aimed to provide an informal platform for village representatives to discuss community welfare, developmental concerns and aspirations of the local population. During the interaction, participants shared their views, suggestions and concerns regarding village development, public welfare and opportunities for collaborative initiatives.
