DODA, May 4 -- Yoga has emerged as one of the most trusted means to enhance physical and mental well-being. Regular practice of yoga also helps alleviate chronic pain and improves posture. To promote the benefits of yoga, the Indian Army organized a Yoga Camp for youth at Gei on 04 May 2026. People from all walks of life were invited to participate in the event, performing various yoga exercises, asanas and pranayama. A total of 60 youth participated enthusiastically in the event.
