Jammu, July 5 -- Senior BJP leader and former Minister Bali Bhagat has strongly condemned the recent remarks made by Pakistan's Defence Minister Khawaja Asif against Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the controversy surrounding the "Guardian of the Blue Horizon" award conferred on him by Seychelles, describing them as irresponsible, politically motivated and reflective of Pakistan's continued obsession with India. Bhagat said that instead of indulging in unfounded criticism of India's democratically elected leadership, Pakistan's political establishment should focus on addressing the grave challenges confronting its own country, including economic instability, governance issues, rising extremism and the welfare of its citizens.
