Jammu, July 31 -- The Lok Sabha was informed on Friday that sustained diplomatic efforts by India have led to stronger international recognition of the threat posed by cross-border terrorism emanating from Pakistan, with several countries urging Islamabad not to allow its territory to be used for terrorist activities and global bodies taking action against Pakistan-backed terror outfits.

Replying to an unstarred question by MP Pratima Mondal, Minister of State for External Affairs Kirti Vardhan Singh said the Government has consistently sensitised foreign governments about cross-border terrorism through high-level engagements and official interactions.
