JAMMU, Aug. 21 -- Indian Institute of Management Jammu concluded the first phase of its training programme Leadership Development Programme for Young Managers-Batch VII for SAIL marking the completion of an intensive learning and development journey focused on reflection, experiential learning, leadership, and professional growth. The training program consists of 46 participants from SAIL. The training program was presided over by Prof. Prashant Mishra, Chairperson, Executive Education and Consultancy, IIM Jammu in presence of Prof. Nitin Upadhyay, Dean Academics, IIM Jammu, and Program Director and Dr. Mamta Tripathi, Programme Director.
