JAMMU, April 7 -- Indira Gandhi National Open University organized its 39th Convocation today on the 7th of April, 2026. The Convocation ceremony was organised at all Regional Centres across the Country concurrently including the Regional Centre Jammu with main function held at the New Delhi Headquarters of IGNOU where C.P. Radhakrishnan, Vice President of India, delivered the Convocation address.
