LUCKNOW, June 25 -- Union Minister for Agriculture & Farmers Welfare and Rural Development Shivraj Singh Chouhan has announced the establishment of a Clean Plant Center in Lucknow to accelerate the growth of Uttar Pradesh's horticulture sector.
