High Court constitutes committee for live streaming of proceedings

JAMMU, May 21 -- The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has constituted a high-level committee for operationalization and implementation of the Live Streaming and Recording of Court Proceedings Rules, 2023.

According to an official order issued by the Office of the Registrar General at Srinagar, Hon'ble the Chief Justice has approved the formation of the committee to determine the nature and categories of cases where live streaming of court proceedings can initially be introduced.

The committee comprises the following Hon'ble Judges: Justice Sanjeev Kumar, Justice Sindhu Sharma,Justice Rajnesh Oswal,Justice Sanjay Dhar Justice Rahul Bharti.
