JAMMU, July 14 -- In a significant action against habitual offenders and anti-social elements, Jammu Police has detained a hardcore criminal under the provisions of the Public Safety Act (PSA) in the R.S. Pura area.
Acting on a PSA warrant issued by the Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, vide Order No. 10 of 2026 dated July 9, 2026, Police Station R.S. Pura executed the detention of Karan Kumar alias Anil alias Nandi, son of Balwant Raj, a resident of Ward No. 9, Chohala, R.S. Pura, District Jammu.
