UDHAMPUR, Feb. 26 -- On 21.08.2025, During routine traffic checking, police team of PP Tikri intercepted a motorcycle bearing registration No. JK14C-7728 coming from Jammu towards Udhampur for checking. Two persons were found riding the motorcycle who disclosed their identities as Sandeep Singh S/o Umesh Singh R/o Pangara Krimchi, Udhampur and Vikas Sharma @ Psycho S/o Ved Raj Sharma R/o Himbra, Udhampur.
During their personal search, 8.62 grams of heroin were recovered from their possession.
Accordingly, Case FIR No. 131/2025 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act was registered at Police Station Rehambal and investigation was taken up.
