NEW DELHI, March 30 -- Governor Kavinder Gupta today called on the Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi. This marked his first meeting with the Prime Minister since assuming charge as the Governor of Himachal Pradesh.
During the meeting, the Governor held detailed discussions on various matters related to the development and welfare of Himachal Pradesh. He apprised the Prime Minister of several significant initiatives being implemented in the State, notably the Drug-Free Himachal Campaign and the TB-Free Himachal Campaign, aimed at improving public health and promoting social well-being. Matters concerning the RDG were also deliberated.
