KATHUA, Feb. 28 -- Government Degree College, Kathua organized an Inter-College Elocution Competition under the banner of the Road Safety Club as part of the ongoing Road Safety Awareness Programme 2026. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from 13 students, who spoke eloquently on various topics related to road safety.
The competition was conducted in an innovative format wherein participants were asked to pick chits on the spot under the broad theme "Road Safety". Each participant was given two minutes to prepare and four minutes to present their views.
