BHADERWAH, March 7 -- The Women Development Cell of Government Degree College Bhaderwah successfully organized an Essay Writing Competition today to commemorate International Women's Day, celebrated globally on 8 March every year.
The programme was held under the patronage of the Principal, Professor Mohd Farooq Mirza, who appreciated the initiative taken by the Women Development Cell to organize such meaningful academic activities for the students.
The theme of the competition was "Empowered Women Empower the World: Give Strength, Gain Progress." The event aimed to create awareness among students about the importance of women's empowerment and its vital role in the progress and development of society.
