UDHAMPUR, May 14 -- Udhampur Police has registered FIR No. 203/2026 under relevant sections of BNS regarding circulation/uploading of provocative content on social media in connection with a sensitive issue reported from village Sambal. Investigation into the matter has been initiated.
It had come to notice that provocative and inflammatory content/videos were allegedly circulated through social media page "Udhampur Awaaz" (Instagram ID: http://instagram.com/udhampur_awaaz) having the potential to disturb public peace, communal harmony and law & order.
