Kishtwar, Feb. 21 -- Under the directions of Baseer ul Haq Choudhary (IAS), Mission Director NHM J&K, and the guidance of Dr. Abdul Hamid Zargar, Director Health Services Jammu, a three-member team of assessors visited District Hospital Kishtwar and SDH Atholi (Padder) on 20th & 21st February 2026 to conduct the External Assessment under the Kayakalp Programme for the financial year 2025-26.
The team was headed by Dr. Arun Sharma (External Assessor) and comprised Mr. Jahangir Mehta and Mr. Faizan A. Tramboo as Internal Assessors.
