JAMMU, March 17 -- The monthly meeting of All J&K +2 Lecturers' Forum was held under the chairmanship of R.S. Salathia, Chairman, to deliberate upon the long-pending issue of regularisation of Incharge Lecturers and other service matters.

Addressing the meeting, R.S. Salathia strongly criticized the inordinate delay in regularisation despite repeated assurances from the Government. He expressed serious concern over the issue of Assured Career Progression (ACP) and alleged that an officer of the rank of Special Secretary in the Civil Secretariat, School Education Department, is creating unnecessary administrative hurdles which are delaying the process of regularisation.
