JAMMU, June 11 -- In order to enhance the capacity building of Excise officers/officials in the field of Narcotic control and conviction, a specialized one-day training programme on the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act was successfully conducted at the Excise and Taxation Training Institute (ETTI), Nagrota under the guidance of worthy Excise Commissioner Vaibhav Kohli, JKAS.
In the inaugural session, Principal ETTI, Priyanka Bhat, extended a warm welcome to the Worthy Excise Commissioner expressing her gratitude for gracing the programme.
