JAMMU, May 7 -- Jammu and Kashmir Waqf Board Chairperson Dr Syed Darakhshan Andrabi today addressed a one day seminar on the famous poetess of Kashmir, Habba Khatoon at Government Degree College Pampore as the Chief Guest.
