JAMMU, Sept. 21 -- Alankrita Sharma of Class VI-D, Delhi Public School, Jammu, has made the school proud with her impressive performance in the Inter-District U.T. Level Chess Competition 2026-27.
Competing in the U-14 Girls category, Alankrita won the Gold Medal and secured 1st Position at the Inter-District U.T. Level Chess Competition 2026-27, organised by DYSS Ramban and held from 9 to 10 September 2026 at Ramban, J&K.
Earlier, she had also performed well at the Inter-District Division Level Chess Competition 2026-27, organised by DYSS Ramban and held from 6 to 7 September 2026 at Ramban, J&K. She won the Silver Medal and secured the Runner-up position in the U-14 Girls category.
