JAMMU, July 1 -- In the direction of strengthening passenger amenities, Jammu Division took two significant initiatives at Pathankot Cantt Railway Station. On one hand, the waiting hall has been equipped with new high-capacity air-conditioning (AC) units, while on the other, a 'Jan Aahar' outlet has also been inaugurated to provide affordable and hygienic food to passengers. New ACs have been installed in the waiting hall with the objective of providing passengers with a comfortable and cool environment during the summer season. This will provide special relief to senior citizens, women, and passengers travelling with children while waiting for their trains.
