JAMMU, Sept. 22 -- Dogra Group of Colleges commemorated the birth anniversary of Maharaja Hari Singh Ji with a solemn and inspiring programme at the Auditorium of Dogra Educational Complex, bringing together the three constituent institutions of the Trust-Dogra Degree College, Dogra Law College and Dogra College of Education-to honour the legacy of the visionary ruler and reflect upon his enduring contributions to education, social reform, justice and public welfare.
The programme commenced with a floral tribute to Maharaja Hari Singh Ji, paying homage to a ruler whose progressive outlook and reformative initiatives continue to occupy an important place in the history of Jammu and Kashmir.
