DODA, May 12 -- Continuing its sustained and intensified campaign against narcotics and illegal cultivation of contraband substances under the ongoing Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan and Nasha Mukt J&K Abhiyan, Doda Police today carried out a series of anti-drug operations across different parts of the district and destroyed wild cannabis cultivation spread over nearly 36 kanals of land.
A major destruction drive was conducted in the Nagri, Tondwah and Ghat areas, where wild cannabis cultivation spread over approximately 15 kanals of land was identified and destroyed.
