DODA, June 13 -- As part of the ongoing Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan and the sustained drive against drug abuse and illegal narcotic cultivation, Doda Police, in coordination with the Revenue Department, conducted a major wild cannabis (bhang) destruction operation in different parts of the district today. In the Bhargi area of Gandoh Sub-Division, a joint team of Police and Revenue authorities carried out a large-scale destruction drive during which wild cannabis spread over approximately two kanals of land was identified and destroyed on the spot. The operation was conducted under the leadership of SDPO Gandoh and SHO Gandoh, in coordination with the Tehsildar Gandoh.
