SHOPIAN, June 21 -- District Legal Services Authority Shopian, in collaboration with the District Judiciary and AYUSH Department Shopian, today celebrated the 12th International Day of Yoga at the District Court Complex, Shopian, under the theme "Yoga for Healthy Ageing."
The programme was organized under the guidance of Chief Judicial Magistrate Shopian, Reyaz Ahmad Choudhary.
On the occasion, participants assembled at the District Court Complex and performed various yoga asanas under the guidance of a qualified yoga instructor.
The session included different forms of pranayama, tadasana, vrikshasana, ardha chakrasana, and several other yogic practices aimed at enhancing physical and mental well-being.
