JAMMU, Oct. 17 -- A Special Lok Adalat on NI Act cases under Section 138 was organized today at the District Court Complex Jammu by the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Jammu.
The Lok Adalat was organized under the esteemed guidance of Principal District & Sessions Judge / Chairman, DLSA Jammu Tahir Khurshid Raina and under the supervision of Civil Judge (Senior Division) /Secretary DLSA Jammu Maleeka Sharma.
The Special Lok Adalat was organized with the objective of amicable settlement of NI Act cases, providing speedy justice to the litigants and reducing the burden on the courts.
