NEW DELHI, Sept. 15 -- In a major step towards enhancing passenger convenience and providing modern, technology-enabled amenities, Northern Railway's Delhi Division has introduced the Digital Locker facility at four major railway stations: New Delhi (NDLS), Hazrat Nizamuddin (NZM), Delhi Junction (DLI) and Anand Vihar Terminal (ANVT).
Launched as part of a new commercial initiative, this service gives passengers a safe, hassle-free way to store their luggage temporarily. The lockers use a digital/OTP-based access system, allowing passengers to deposit and retrieve their belongings securely without carrying heavy luggage during their waiting period or visits outside the station.
