VIJAYPUR, July 1 -- BJP Jammu & Kashmir Vice President Rekha Mahajan today hailed the completion of 11 years of the Digital India initiative, saying that the programme has emerged as a symbol of technology-driven governance, transparency and empowerment of citizens.
