UDHAMPUR, Aug. 11 -- Shiv Kumar Sharma IPS, DIG Udhampur-Reasi Range, convened a meeting with all supervisory officers of District Udhampur and District Reasi to review the security preparedness and arrangements for the smooth and peaceful conduct of Independence Day celebrations 2026.
During the meeting, DIG reviewed the overall security scenario and preparedness of both the districts and issued necessary directions to all stakeholders to work in close coordination and synergy to ensure foolproof security arrangements during the celebrations.
