JAMMU, Feb. 27 -- The District Institute of Education and Trainings Jammu successfully organized a three-day Capacity Building Programme on Leadership Development for 50 Heads of Institutions (HOIs) of Middle Schools representing all 15 zones of Jammu district. The programme, aligned with the vision of the National Education Policy 2020, focused on strengthening leadership competencies, effective communication, academic supervision, and school management practices. The sessions were designed to empower school heads with practical strategies for institutional improvement and enhanced learning outcomes.
