JAMMU, Feb. 23 -- District Institute of Education and Training Jammu organized a five-day capacity-building programme for 50 teachers on Inclusive and Equitable Strategies for Supporting Diverse Learners, aimed at strengthening inclusive and learner-centred classroom practices. The programme was conducted under the overall guidance of Sh. R.G. Dogra, Principal DIET Jammu, and under the mentorship of Prof. Sindhu Kapoor, Joint Director, State Council of Educational Research and Training Jammu. Speaking on the occasion, the Principal DIET Jammu emphasized that trainees must implement the learnings in their schools and sensitize fellow teachers at the cluster level to ensure wider outreach and systemic impact.
