JAMMU, March 25 -- Several public delegations from different parts of Jammu today called on Minister for Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology & Environment and Tribal Affairs, Javed Ahmed Rana and apprised him of a range of developmental concerns and local demands.
A delegation from R.S. Pura, led by Naresh Choudhary, raised issues related to basic infrastructure and the delivery of essential public services in the area.
Another delegation from Udhampur, led by Abdul Ghani Teli and Shamim Begum also met the Minister and highlighted several local issues with particular focus on inadequate water supply in Qasim Nagar, Rajiv Nagar and adjoining localities.
