SHOPIAN, July 9 -- Deputy Commissioner (DC) Shopian, Shishir Gupta today chaired a review meeting of TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan here at Mini Secretariat, Shopian to assess the progress of tuberculosis elimination efforts across the district.
During the meeting, the DC reviewed the status of TB case detection, treatment outcomes, follow-up mechanisms and awareness initiatives being undertaken in the district. He stressed the need for intensified screening, early diagnosis, timely treatment and coordinated efforts to achieve the objective of a TB-free Shopian.
