UDHAMPUR, July 22 -- Deputy Commissioner Udhampur Minga Sherpa today chaired a review meeting with officers of line departments to assess implementation and progress of the Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP), JKCIP and other agriculture credit-linked schemes.
