KATHUA, Sept. 22 -- "Didi Ki Rasoi," operated by Galaxy Self Help Group- a Women SGH under the Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana-National Urban Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NULM), was inaugurated today at Government Degree College Boys-Kathua.
