GANDERBAL, May 7 -- Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal, Jatin Kishore today chaired a comprehensive review meeting to assess the implementation and progress of the Pradhan Mantri Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana in the district. During the meeting, a detailed review of SRT installation, registration, sanction and disbursement of cases under the PM Surya Ghar scheme was conducted. Officers/Officials of KPDCL informed the chair that a total of 911 SRTs have been installed in the district. It was further informed that 437 cases are presently pending with banks for processing and disbursement.
