BUDGAM, July 22 -- Deputy Commissioner (DC) Budgam, Athar Aamir Khan, today visited the Sub-District Hospitals (SDHs) at Magam and Beerwah to review healthcare facilities and ensure uninterrupted medical services in the wake of the recent inclement weather.
During the visit, the DC inspected hospital wards, treatment facilities and other healthcare services being provided to patients. Stressing the need for seamless functioning of all health institutions across the district, he directed the Health Department to remain fully prepared to respond to any emergency. He also interacted with doctors, healthcare staff and patients to obtain first-hand feedback on the quality of patient care and the availability of essential medical services.
