BANDIPORA, Oct. 3 -- Deputy Commissioner Bandipora, Indu Kanwal Chib, on Saturday chaired a meeting of the District Road Safety Committee (DRSC) at the Mini Secretariat here to review the implementation of road safety measures and the status of Action Taken Reports (ATRs) on decisions taken by the Committee.
During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner reviewed the progress made by concerned departments and stressed the need for close inter-departmental coordination and timely implementation of road safety measures. She directed the departments concerned to furnish ATRs within stipulated timelines and ensure effective follow-up of the directions issued by the Committee.
