JAMMU, April 10 -- Today, on 10 April 2026, Albeena Malik, Dy.SP (SHO), Police Station CICE, Crime Branch Jammu, has produced challan against four (04) accused persons all from different states in Case FIR No. 12/2023 U/S 420 IPC r/w 66-D IT Act registered at PS CICE, Jammu, pertaining to an online financial fraud amounting to Rs 98,000/-. Brief facts of the case are that a written complaint lodged by Dr Saima Hamid, alleging that on 22.03.2023 and 23.03.2023, multiple unauthorized transactions amounting to Rs 98,000/- were debited from her J&K Bank account through UPI platforms (Google Pay/Paytm) to various accounts.
