JAMMU, Sept. 5 -- The Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Crime Branch Jammu has filed a supplementary charge-sheet before the Hon'ble Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Reasi in FIR No. 19/2024 pertaining to the alleged misappropriation and fraudulent diversion of Rs. 1,38,17,971/- from Sub-Treasury Dharmari.
The case relates to alleged manipulation of the Treasury-Net system and preparation and use of forged bills/vouchers under pension and National Pension System (NPS) heads, resulting in the alleged diversion of Government funds into personal bank accounts.
