JAMMU, Feb. 26 -- The Court of the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Jammu (Designated Court under Section 22 of the NIA Act), Madan Lal, has rejected the bail plea of Mohammad Yousuf @ Shamma of Narwal Bala, holding that his release at this stage could adversely affect the ongoing investigation into a case involving alleged commercial-scale narcotics trafficking, arms recoveries and UAPA offences.
The bail application (Bail/140/2026) related to FIR No. 249/2025 of Police Station Gandhi Nagar, Jammu, registered under Sections 8/21/22/27-A/29 NDPS Act, 13/15/17 UAPA, 111 BNS and 3/25 Arms Act.
