JAMMU, Sept. 21 -- As a result of the continuous efforts of the Business Development Unit (BDU) of Jammu Division and positive media cooperation, local industries of the region are now increasingly getting attracted towards rail freight transportation. In this sequence, Jammu Division has achieved another significant success. M/s Uma Cement (Brij Cement), based at Udhampur, has today, on 21st September, registered an indent for loading 1 BCN wagon of cement from Shaheed Captain Tushar Mahajan (Udhampur) station to Anantnag Goods Shed, the loading of which is proposed on 22 September. It is noteworthy that earlier, Jammu Division had successfully captured the traffic of Ganpati Cement from Kathua, under which 3 wagons have been loaded so far...
