New Delhi, April 4 -- Haryana Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, while addressing the 'Dhanyavaad Evam Viksit Faridabad Rally' in Faridabad on Saturday, made several significant announcements for the city. He stated that to reduce vehicular pollution, major junctions in the city will be improved in a phased manner to ensure smooth traffic flow and reduce pollution.

He said due to quality issues arising from groundwater-based water supply, the possibility of providing fresh drinking water from the Upper Ganga Canal will be explored. For this, coordination will be established with the Uttar Pradesh Government, and necessary steps will be taken to bring Ganga canal water to Faridabad.
