JAMMU, June 25 -- Social activist and BJP spokesperson Balbir Ram Rattan said that Chhabeel Seva is a sacred symbol of love, philanthropy and humanity, which strengthens the spirit of service, brotherhood and mutual harmony in society. He was speaking while participating in a Chhabeel Seva programme organized by local residents of the New Plot area on the auspicious occasion of Nirjala Ekadashi.
The Chhabeel was jointly organized by Ashwani Raina, Rupesh Bhatt, Shiv Kumar, Ashok Kumar and others.
