KARGIL, Aug. 20 -- The two-day Integrated Communication and Outreach Programme (ICOP) organized by the Central Bureau of Communication (CBC) on the theme of Viksit Bharat - Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (Gramin) (VB-G RAM G) Act concluded in Kargil today. The programme was being held at the Syed Mehdi Memorial Auditorium Hall.
