UDHAMPUR, Aug. 19 -- In a vibrant lead-up to the upcoming Two-day Integrated Communication Outreach Programme (ICOP), the Central Bureau of Communication (CBC), Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, Field Office Udhampur, organized a pre-publicity event today at Sainik Cooperative Public High School, Tikri.
