UDHAMPUR, Feb. 24 -- The second day of the Integrated Communication and Outreach Programme (ICOP), a multimedia exhibition organized here by the Central Bureau of Communication (CBC), witnessed a good turnout of youth. Students from ITI and Government College for Women (GCW) participated in the event. They were briefed on the themes, Startup India & Mission Aroma by Vikram Uppal, In-charge, CBC, Doda.
Nalini Pathania, Principal, GCW graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. In her address, she emphasized the power of informed citizenry.
