UDHAMPUR, Feb. 26 -- The Integrated Communication and Outreach Programme (ICOP) exhibition continued to attract youth on its fourth day at Government Degree College (GDC) here today. The multimedia exhibition is being organized by the Central Bureau of Communication (CBC) under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. Students from Bhaskar Degree College, Udhampur and Government Degree College participated in the programme. The participants were briefed on the themes Startup India and Mission Aroma by Shri Vikram Uppal, In-charge, CBC, Doda.
